About Us

Here at Constance Cattle it’s all about family. For us, it’s the most important thing.

A few years ago the opportunity to take on a modest piece of land popped up. It was in the beautiful Southern Highlands, a place we’d always loved to visit and spend time in.

This was an opportunity we’d long dreamed of, a place where we could really settle in. By running our own cattle we’d know exactly where our meat came from, that they were healthy and well fed, without any unnecessary chemicals or processing. 

It wasn’t long before word started to spread and demand for sustainable and grass-fed beef started to grow… so Constance Cattle was born!

Our little family-run farm brings us all together in so many ways! We all jump in and help with whatever is needed to keep things running smoothly.
